Orange Ginger Shrimp Noodles

Orange Ginger Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients

• 150g Cooked Medium Shrimp

• 40g Sugar Free Orange Ginger Marinade

• 85g Broccoli

• 1 bag Skinny Pasta Angel Hair

• *optional* Green Onion, chopped

Directions

1. Weigh out your shrimp and defrost.

2. Drain and rinse konjac noodles, then add them to a frying pan at medium heat for roughly 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Season broccoli as desired and add to air fryer for < 5 minutes - ( recommendedation is light coat of salt, pepper, garlic powder).

4. Portion out 15g of Orange Ginger sauce and coat defrosted shrimp.

5. Remove broccoli from air fryer and add to frying pan with konjac noodles, and mix all together with remaining 25g of sauce.

6. Simultaneously, add coated shrimp to air fryer for 1-3min.7

. Remove noodles and broccoli from heat and transfer to large plate, top with lightly airfryed shrimp as well as chopped green onion it desired.

*note - add garlic powder, salt + pepper to taste
