Sweet Maple Bacon Breakfast Wraps

With creamy greek yogurt, plant-based bacon and low calorie maple syrup, this quick and easy breakfast wrap can be enjoyed as a light breakfast on the go or a sweet finish for a bigger meal.

Ingredients

• 2 Sweet Cinnamon EggLife Wraps

• 3 pieces Smart Vegetable Bacon

• 140g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

• Walden Farms Pancake syrup

Directions

1. Add 3 pieces of smart life bacon to cast iron skillet and cook to desired “crunchiness”.

2. Add 50g greek yogurt to each sweet cinnamon wrap and spread evenly over one side of wrap.

3. Add 1 piece of cooked bacon to each wrap.

4. Break up 3rd piece of bacon and sprinkle half over the 2 wraps.

5. Roll wraps up like a crepe!

6. Top with remaining 40g greek yogurt, broken bacon bits, and drizzle 0 calorie pancake syrup as desired.
