Chocolate PB Banana Bites
Chocolate, peanut butter and bananas have always been a winning combo and these brownie bites are no exception. Simple ingredients and low on calories - it doesn't get any better!

Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 26g chocolate PB2 powder
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 150g greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter syrup (Jordan's Skinny Syrup is the brand I use)
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 16g semi-sweet sugar free chocolate chips
Directions
1. Add ingredients to high -speed blender, or mash banana in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer on medium speed.
2. Preheat oven to 350 and distribute batter evenly in a muffin tray.
3. Add sugar free chocolate chips into each brownie.
3. Bake for 20-25min, let rest for ~10min and enjoy!
