Plant Based Spaghetti Bolognese

This plant-based bolognese wont have you missing the real thing! Made with delicious chorizo seitan, aromatic onion and garlic and your favorite low calorie marinara sauce, you'll be coming back to this recipe over and over.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Skinny Pasta Spaghetti Noodles
  • 60g Uptown’s Naturals Chorizo Seitan
  • 1/2 cupFat Free Marinara
  • 15g Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse noodles, then add to pan and cook with no oil for 10-15min to remove access moisture, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a pot, add Seitan + sauce and combine on low heat.
  3. Add pasta to sauce and Seitan and mix well.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and enjoy!

Note: I personally enjoy a more salty and garlic-y sauce, so I add 2-3 tbsp garlic powder and 1 tbsp salt to my sauce mix!
